When will my order be sent / shipped / posted?
If the stock is in our warehouse we will endeavour to ship the order the next working day. You will receive an email at the time of despatch.

What is the tracking number for my order?
Overseas and overnight deliveries are tracked, you will get a tracking number in an email, other deliveries are made by Royal Mail by 2nd Class post.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes, we offer a gift wrapping service at a charge of £2.95 per item. Gifts are wrapped in recyclable paper and a satin style ribbon with gift tag. Please leave your message for the gift tag in the message box provided.

My order was received damaged. How do I return it or get a replacement?

Will I be notified when my points are added or cancelled?
